Answers:
Disposable syringes all come capped, sterile and wrapped in a sealed package.
Other Answers:
ask the manufacturer..
They come capped, wrapped and sterile packaging.
They are supposed to be completely sterile and capped. The cap is removed only immediately before the blood draw and the patient should observe the "sticker person" taking the cap off.
when I was drawing blood, the needles were only caped, of course we bought in bulk, if not bought in bulk then they are probably caped and wrapped.
