How can you maintain your allergies from over reacting??
Question:
Answers:
Give your system plenty of fluids (water is the best) and perhaps take some type of anti-allergy medication or ask your doctor for a prescription of Singular. I take Singular and my allergies have dissapeared (nasal and respatory that is).
Also you may want to take a Vitamin C supplement since Vitamin C helps boost the immune system and allergies tend to strain the immune system and weaken it.
Vitamin C may also help relieve your allergies a bit, too.
Other Answers:
Drink plenty of water.
Treat it before you are around whatever you are allergic to. If you take a claritin type deal, take it before you go outside. I don't take it everyday, just when I'm exposed to the particular plants I'm allergic to. And when I come back home, I use some visine to wash my eyes out before I go to bed. Nasonex worked best for me when taken every day at 1/4 the recommended dose. For it to work well, you need to take it every day during the season that you have allergy problems
