Eye bags AND I sleep enough?

Question:
Hi,

I am male, 25 years old and during the past year I noticed my eye bags getting bigger slowly and progressively.

I do sleep enough, ever more than enough - 7-10 hours every day.

Recently ppl started asking me why don't I sleep enough - but I do.

I feel as if it has something to do with soome other thing. Do you have any idea ?

What systems of the body are in relation with the eye bags?

Thanks for you help.

Answers:
Go get some iron vitamins- that should help.
my daughter has to take them, and when it clears up keep taking them or they will come back.
You can get them at Wal-Mart,K-Mart, or any health food store.
stress can cause it
Go to your local health store and pick up some multi vitamins and maybe some iron tablets too. Bags under the eyes are a form of not enough iron in your diet.
It might be genetic.. does anyone else in the family have them? If you get a check up and everything is fine I would try cucumber slices on the eyes.. for about 10 minutes.. they take away the puffiness.
Try drinking more water. It could be that your eye area is drying out because of dehydration. Also, if this really bothers you, try a concealer. Got to a good store, where you can try before you buy to get a good match. This is not a big deal. Every actor, politician, and TV anchor uses this all the time.
Face it, you are getting old. I'm 26 and had eye bags at 25, and then lost my hair! No, really some people have more prominent eye bags than others. Nivea makes a face cream for men that is specifically used to reduce eye bags. You like put it on before bed and wash your face with it in the morning. Anyways, you can get it almost anywhere. look near the lotions at Walmart or wherever you shop.
it doesn't have to that u not sleep enough . it could be that there is lack of iron in ur blood. or there is lack of some vitamins or iron in u.
It could be an iron deficiency, I have the same problem. You should try to integrate more iron into your diet, but unfortunately they won't totally go away. Iron should help, though. Good luck!
Could be that it's genetic. I have puffy areas under my eyes, but so does my father. It's very common with families with Native American heritage.

I use Mary Kay Triple-Action Eye Enhancer and Origins No Puffery in the mornings. I have tried everything under the sun and these are the only two things that work for me. I put them on in the morning under my make-up and before I go to bed. Also, any hemmoroidal cream can help.

Furthermore, a deficiency of Vitamin K has been known to leave puffy darkened area under the eyes. Maybe try eating more greens (like mustard greens).
Iron deficiency and other nutrients that your body may lack could cause eye bags.

Drug abuse can cause it as well.

Including stress and even heart ache.

You could also be sleeping to much!

Your environment could be a factor as well.
See your doctor about getting a blood test done. It could also be allergies,
