If you are not able to use a straight pin and tweezers to pull it out, there is this cream called Ichthammol (it's like a black tar) and it is used as a drawing out suave. You can pick it up at any drug store. Just put some on the area cover with band aid and it will draw out what ever you need it to. This should work, but if it doesn't you should see your doctor.
Your body could gradually get rid of it, or it could cause an infection. You should make an appointment with your doctor to have it removed.
