How to deal with mussle pain?

Question:
I had an adventure trip this w/end, climbing mountains crossing rivers etc, and two days later I still feel pain in my mussles, legs, back, arms, hand .. all over. I tried paracetamol but didn't help much. Any suggestion?

Answers:
Sounds like you over did it, try an anti-inflammatory such as aleve, Advil, aspirin. Alternate cold and heat packs to the larges muscles, legs, back. If you have the resources get a long massage to work out spasms and reboot the kinked up muscles. Keep up some form of physical activity so that they get use to a routine!

Go to your local chemist and discuss the issue with them, but basically I would use something stronger than paracetamol. Ibuprofen works for me, but everyone is different.

Use some anesthetic cream, there are some really good creams for muscle aches.

Drink plenty of water and try stretching your muscle out every now and then. If you use them for two days then just stop, it makes the pain worse.
YOU CAN TRY HOT BATHES AND USE ANALGESIC CREAMS .ON THE SITE OF PAIN
GET SOME AYURVEDIC OILS AND ASK SOMEONE TO MASSAGE.AFTER THAT IMMEDIATEDLY COVER THE AFFECTED PART WITH NAPKIN DIPPED IN BOILING WATER.
MURRIVENNA,KSHEERBALA ARE ONE OF THE IDEAL OILS.
