The crust contains whole grains. People who eat a lot of whole grains have 15 percent lower death rates, said the television station.
And the sauce is made from tomatoes, which contain anti-cancer chemicals called lycopenes. Finally, spinach, garlic and olive oil on top are good for your heart and brain.
No bad for an all-around American favorite.
