well the best way would be to exercise alot so that you get tired and often so u put your body into a schedule go to sleep everyday at the same time and try waking up early in the morning to and exercise then to and at night before u go to sleep but put your self on a schedule go to sleep at a certain time and wake up at a certain time everyday
