How to fade the Scar Mark of face appeared by Stitches?

Question: Recently 1 month ago I got an accident with my Bike. I got 3 stitches just half inch below of my lips, leaving a scar mark which look quite ugly, (but before that I was Handsome). Please anybody suggest me how to remove those stitch scar marks? What are the medicines/remidies?

Mederma worked great on my face scar. Plus, my doctor said to rub the scar while it's still pink (relativley new), I rub my scars w/Mederma or Vitamin E cream. The rubbing makes them flatten out when they turn white. So they are not one of those pooched up scars (it you tend to get that kind).

drink AT LEAST 64oz. of water(preferably filtered) per day, DON'T pull/rub/stretch skin around scars, drink Green Tea daily(i swear by It!), AND moisturize gently w/Vitamin E cream(min. of 5,000 I.U.) approx. 3 times/day.
