I have really bad dandruff (non itchy) that you can see on my scalp. Nothing works in the long run! Help!?

You can actually see the dandruff on my scalp, like it hasn't fallen off my scalp yet. I've tried vinegar, scratching, not scratching, cold water, head-and-shoulders. It can't be too expensive though.

try Nizoral shampoo that you can buy from CVS, Rite aid or just about any pharmacy. it is for a dry scalp. if this does not work, you will need to see a Dermatologist (hair, skin, and nail doctor) or your primary physician.

My son has dark hair, almost black, and every single dandruff flake shows. We got the T/Gel and he uses it whenever he sees flakes, which is only about once a month now. It works.

Try using Neutragena T-Gel shampoo and conditioner for two or three days straight and then once a week. I got really into grapefruit juice a few years ago and was drinking a lot of it and it caused my scalp to flake - if you've just changed what you eat or added something to your diet - vitamins, supplements or even just regular food then try eliminating the new thing for a while and see if that doesn't clear up the dandruff.

There are other, more expensive shampoos but I really like the T-Gel best (and it doesn't smell too weird). Good Luck.

i don't know, but if you use too much product like head and shoulders, it will make your hair fall out, doctor told me, he's right.

Do you keep your hair short. Wash your hair with shampoo, massage your scalp and rinse it well, towel it almost dry at least once a day?
