Answers:
No go to a professional and make sure his or her shop is clean. Instruments used for pierdcing should be completely sterilized. A friend of mine tried to give himself an ear piercing with a nail and ended up getting a bad infection for his efforts

Other Answers:
go to a clean, reputable shop.
I think it's not safe, no and i wouldn't do it!!
DONT DOIT YOURSELF!! Go to a professional to do it i got mine done and well of course it did hurt a little bit but didnt gey infected but i had to take care of it. you need to take care of it so it wont infect be careful when you get it done make sure they clean the needle their doing it with. good luck!
NO, NO, NO!!! Don't do it! Your ears and your belly button are two totally different ball games. You can die from infection if your belly button is pierced wrong. If you want it done that bad, go to a professional and spend the money. If it's done wrong or too deep, it can puncture your colon (intestines) and you can get a very bad infection and die! Are you willing to die for beauty? I don't know how old you are, but have you talked to your parents about it?
Hey, Don't do it yourself! Not in your belly , not anywhere else .. You can get infected, it's dangerous, ok? Go to a professional ...
I mean you don't even know how ...
DON'T DO IT YOURSELF!!!!!! It could get really infected
