Go to a professional to do it i got mine done and well of course it did hurt a little bit but didnt gey infected but i had to take care of it. you need to take care of it so it wont infect be careful when you get it done make sure they clean the needle their doing it with. good luck!

If you want it done that bad, go to a professional and spend the money. If it's done wrong or too deep, it can puncture your colon (intestines) and you can get a very bad infection and die!
