If you have no health insurance, how much will a physical exam cost?

Question: My boyfriend needs to get his learner's permit. We live in the state of Pennsylvania, so you need a physical done within a year before you try to take the test. He has no health insurance and he is only 17 years old. How much do you think a physical exam would cost him? I'd be happy to hear any helpful words.

I live in the state of michigan and without insurance. It runs about $25.00 to get a physical done at a normal doctors office or med-express. It should be around the same price in Penn.
