Why do the muscles in my shoulder and lower back tend to knot up? Is ther any way to help prevent this?

Warm up before sports.
Try and sleep in a comfortable postion
Maybe go to the DR, cos you might have RSI - repitive strain injury
Is there anything that you do at certain times of a month, that could cause this?
