Answers:
Gout comes from excessive uric acid in the body. Drinking 6-8 glasses of distilled water will help eliminate uric acid more efficient.

Raw unfiltered apple cider vinegar removes uric acid. Drink 3 glasses of apple juice with a tablespoon of raw unfiltered apple cider vinegar and a dash of cinnamon three times a day.

Throw out your table salt and switch to unrefined sea salt. This could fix you up fast.

I would take soak my foot in warm water with 2 cups of regular store bought apple cider vinegar and add cayenne and or rose hip oil.

Unrefined sea salt an excellent way to help with gout.

Tart Cherry juice will help with pain if you can get some from a health food store.

MSM and glucosamine are good anti-inflammatory supplements.

Fast from red meat and dairy until the gout clears.

your diet
Try this: you need to make your urine alkaline by intake of fruits vegetables and orange juice. This helps to clear the uric-acid crystals. If you are stressed for a particular reason, then take a really good, high dose vitamin and mineral cap, three times a day. Also, get the following into your daily eating routine: Liver, yeast, wheat germ, yogurt [or acidophilus] green leafy veggies. Vitamin C, and `natural E' caps are also highly recommended. Drink plenty of water to flush your system as well. Hope you are feeling better real soon.

Gout is caused by a type of crystals (uric) that collect in your joints.it usually begins in the foot. There are many home remedies to help treat this. But to be honest, the best treatment is prevention. You're going to have to stop eating red meat..beef. Concentrate on eating chicken, fish, lamb ect. I have a friend who also has gout, and if he even takes a couple of bites of a hamburger, it causes a flare up. So you're basically going to have to do a lifestyle change. Anti-inflammatory drugs tend to help the pain, Ibuprofen (Motrin), or a prescription drug (Indomethacin) tends to help too. Tylenol (acetaminophen) is a type of anti-inflammatory drug, but it's not as good as the ibuprofen in these cases. Sometimes some heat can help.as in a heating pad, or even some Ben-Gay or Tiger Balm (if you can stand it). If it becomes too painful you may have to go and see a doctor for a prescription. But really, to be honest, the key to your pain relief will have to start with a change in your diet. I wish you the best of luck..
