How can you complain about hospital stayed or do you have to hire a lawyer?

Question: my mother was in a hospital and I was by her side most of the time.Some of the nurses or assistance were very rude to the patient as I witness and they didn't taking care their jobs as they suppose,for example allowed the patient deficated or urinated on the bed.How can you get rit of these bad apple.

There is a horrible nursing shortage. You can ask a lawyer and see if you can have anything done.
