My eyes get tired. I wear glasses.Would computer screen adjustments help?

It's a good idea to keep some small text next to your monitor (i.e. magazine print or something similar in size) and just read that every now and then to relax your eyes. You can also get a mid-distance Rx pair of glasses, but you shouldn't need them (assuming you're under 40, that is).
I'm assuming you're a -1.75, not a +1.75 (otherwise you'd need glasses to read rather than drive). And either Rx is pretty tame really, nothing too crazy.
If you have any other questions, feel free to ask :-)
Adjust your computer monitor up about 1/2 an inch to an inch. They swivel and stuff...Just adjust it upward a little bit. This will help with headaches too.
You should take a five minute break from staring at ANY monitor, every hour. This is whether you are playing games on a television or surfing the web on a computer or whatever.
