why do i twitch occasionally?

Question: Why does my leg alwys twitch, liek make involunatrym ovements on its own. lIke il lb sitting odwn and my leg or anotherp art of my body will randomly twitch out of nowhere. not liek thel ittle wobbly giggly muscle spasms but liek the liek quick little movement.

Answers:
I'm not sure...could be a nervous tic or tourette's syndrome; also if you feel the sudden urge to move it and/or it twitches by itself especially at night it could be Restless Leg Syndrome.
