Yes, and for more reasons than waking up your metabolism! If you eat just, say, two large or moderate meals a day, your body will store up between those meals, thinking that there is some sort of shortage of food.
However, if you eat several smaller meals in a day, your body will think there is an abundance of food and will not store so much.
Still, eating right and excersizing(sp?) always helps, and don't eat too close to bed-time, or else you won't have time to burn off the last meal.
yes when you eat breakfast it lets your metabolism know it the begining of the day and your gonna eat so it wakes up and starts processing your food faster
