I have suffered nausea, headache, and shortness of breath. Have severe shoulder pain. Tired and no energy?

Question:
When I had the first symptoms, I went to emergency room and then to a cardiologist. I had an electrocardigram and stress test. No heart problems shown. I still have slight nausea, bad taste in mouth and generally have no energy. Someone suggested gall bladder problems. Could this be without stomach pain? I know that I have athritis, sleep apnea, reflux. Do any of these things go together? The doctor is not sure what is wrong. Any suggestions welcomed.

Answers:
You might want to seek opinions from a Chinese physician. Traditional Chinese Medicine has a very holistic approach and a good physician will help you to understand what may be wrong.

Other Answers:
Hmm...I can't say that a pre-existing condition is NOT causing the symptoms (as some could be from one source and others from another source)...but has your doc tested you for anemia? it can cause the fatigue, headache and even chest pain. I personally don't think the gall bladder has anything to do with it - gall stones can actually cause no symptoms...or if symptoms are present it's usually upper abdominal pain, especially after fatty meals.
If it's not anemia and the doc has no other ideas, try getting a second opinion.
My father had all three of your diagnoses - what your feeling sounds perfectly applicable to what your disorders are. When you are sleep deprived - you can be very nauseas. The reflux will leave a bad taste in your mouth, as well as nauseousness, and the arthritis pain from your shoulder - well that is self explanatory. Your obviously just starting to experience these symptoms, but I believe your disorders are finally severe enough to give you all these discomforts. I do hope they subside, and I will pray for you!!!
