The indoor pool makes me sick?
Question:
What causes this and how can I prevent it since I am paid up for a year?
Answers:
Public pools and locker rooms are hot beds for germs. Plus the chlorine from the pool, while it supposedly disinfects the water, nevertheless can be a source of distress, especially if the chlorine levels are not carefully monitored. Chlorine is a dangerous element, a toxic poison on its own, and when it is overdone, it can be toxic to the body. Even taking a shower, one is breathing in the chlorine gas as it steams into the air. I would stop going to that pool; your body is trying to tell you something. Use echinacea and goldenseal to overcome any infection you might have, as well as monolaurin (lauric acid), if you can get your hands on it.
Other Answers:
This happens because you are ingesting lots of urine and feces, just try not to drink much of the water.
