How do you lower body P.H.?

I use apple cider vinegar. While the vinegar is an acid, it moves the body over to an alkaline position, and thus should lower p.h.
It is also reportedly excellent for cleaning out our arteries. Don't know about that one yet, but it seems (along with some other things I am doing) to be lowering my blood pressure. It is also supposedly good for losing weight, and is a good all-around tonic. I take a teaspoon two or three times daily in a little juice glass of grape or apple juice.

to lower blood ph, just drink less water. ingest more salty or acidic foods like soysauce and lemonade (lemonade isn't so good at lowering body ph because it is watered down. this will raise the concentration of hydrogen ions in your blood thus lowering the ph level. but don't take my word for it. if this is a matter of your health and or the health of a sick person, ask a doctor PLEASE.
