anything with pseudoephedrine would be good, talk to the pharmacist though first if you have high blood pressure. phenylephrine (usually denoted PE on boxes) is the other common decongestant, but its garbage IMO. adding an antihistamine might help a little bit too.
you could also try nasal sprays like afrin but you cant use those for more than 2-3 days
everyone reacts differently, for me dyphenhydromine works, read the labels of all the cold and sinus meds till you find that.
