The last 2 days I have been outside from 1-4 I'm now tanned on my arms, will the suns UV rays have an effect?

haven't you been listening? it is not wise to get too much sun. cancer is not fun. cancer can kill you. skin cancer is not always detected before it's too late. once the cancer starts - it will not stop - it has to be cut out - which leaves a scar.
what is the big deal about changing the natural color of your skin? you really won't be a different person for changing it. if you're hoping to attract someone by being unaturally dark, you aren't being real with yourself. i hope you don't try to build a relationship based on skin tone. if you aren't desireable as a personality, the skin thing will only complicate the relationship thing.
and the cancer will screw everything up.

ur probably gonna get a sun burn but dont woryr about it u wont get skin cancer or anything
Yes
With UV rays you can "acquire" freckles which is just basically sun damage on your skin.sometimes skin cancer can develop, but more often than not you'll be fine.hope this helps!
The tan will filter the UV rays to a point but they will still have an affect on you so you should still take precaution
any thing is possible
UV rays always effect your skin when you are in the sun, you should try to even up your tan by putting a little sunscreen on your arms next time your out in the sun so the rest of your body can catch up with your arms. Good Luck.
UV rays are always dangerous to your skin. But now they are saying that sunscreen is also dangerous. So you can't win for loosing these days. your best bet is to stay out of the sun and get yourself some fake tan in a bottle.
Yes, and its not good to do on a regular basis. A friend of mine and I are 10 mos. apart in age. She has been a "sun worshiper" most of her life; I have not. Her skin looks like wrinkled leather, mine is smooth. Its not all genetics, so forget about that.
Yes mam, in fact, a tan is merely your skin healing itself from UV rays.
yes u could get skin cancer my grandpa got it 3 times and died and it makes u look old
the tanned skin you get is actually your body's defense against the damaging rays of the sun. although it will provide you with some protection the damage is cumulative so repeated exposure to sun will cause cellular damage that can cause cancers. the only way to protect your self is sun screen the stronger the better. although a tan may look good. malignant melanoma skin cancer is one of the most deadly cancers. primarily because skin cells grow and divide so fast. when i was younger im only 36 now i spent tons of time at the beach. i have had 3 skin lesions removed already. they were non malignant meaning they were not growing but are still cell mutations caused by my beach time. be care full it can not be undone

You will have sun damaged skin, and look older faster unless you take the necessary precautions such as sun screen and ani-aging cream, or something of those sorts.
can you say " SKIN CANCER"
its not rocket science dear.
Depends.do you have a lot of pigment or a little?
Any time you are exposed to the sun, the UV rays can have an effect. Even if you just get the slightest tan, that is a sign of damage from the sun. Be sure to use sunscreen.
the answer is yes and that is if you continue to expose your skin at peak temperature times .
Although the sun may not be out and be behind clouds, the UV rays will still affect the skin and you may need to apply sunblock.
likely not but you should wear a sun block or uv protecting lotion
you should try darker tanning lotions that way you dont have to stay out side for 3 hours eventually if you stay out that long chances of skin cancer will increase
Try not to expose yourself to so much UV sun light and try tanning boths.
yes
