I need help for Dehydration?
Question:
Answers:
The appetite loss is normal. But please do keep drinking fluids!! Water especially!!! A sports drink might be helpful, so your electrolytes stay fairly balanced.
If you don't eat, try a liquid nutritional supplement so you get some vitamins & minerals & such.
Good Luck!!

drink WATER
thats normal
when you get dehydrated, especially to the point where you need an IV, your body starts to shut down. Anything non-essential like hunger turns itself off.
Just keep drinking lots of water, and eat lightly. You will go back to normal in a couple days.
If not, see a doctor.
drink plenty of fluids.
drink a lot of water
You just gotta drink more water. Dehydration will happen, specially in this wether if you don't drink water, now don't drink too much or you'll get overhydration which is bad too.
water and gatorade and juice.
When it is hot, I do this too.. but take a cold shower and when you get out eat and drink... it could take a while to get back to normal!

Water, and banannas... You need potassium or you WILL die! How is that for serious!
Smoke a doob (if you're old enough) It helps the apetite.
Try drinking lemonade or orange juice. Nothing artificial though! Stick to natural juices, and you'll be better in no time!
Drink pedialite or eat the pedialite Popsicles. You can always drink Gatorade to restore the electrolytes.

why is there a loss of appetite? did this bring it on or is this a result of?
if you're having trouble with eating talk to a doctor.. do you have a virus? did they give you a blood panel and check up on your blood chemistry?
what's going on? try to add more to your details for more effective help and suggestions.
Yes this is quite normal, but for the time being, wherever I went I would have a bottle of water, crystal light, something to refuel yourself, gatorade can help balance the electolytes your body has lost being dehydrated.
Actually, instead of water, you need to drink something with electrolytes in it like Gatorade or powerade or even pediatric re-hydration solution. You can actually get dehydrated drinking water because your body also needs the sodium and potassium and other electrolytes.
And after being sick, it is totally normal for your appetite to be off for a few days even up to a week. Feel better!!!
It is normal for some, so is nausea and vomitting. It will probably just take a few days for your body to fully recover depending on how badly you were dehydrated. Although they probably told you to stick to water, maybe you could try a Crystal Lite lemonade or a vitamin flavor water.. so that you weren't just stuck w/ plain water. Whatever you choose though, avoid sugar and colorings.. :)
When you dehydrate your level of homeostasis is out of balance. Loosing your appetite is normal. If you are having trouble drinking liquids, buy some pedialite pops for kids. Just stick with those and the b.r.a.t. diet....banana's rice, apple sauce and toast. The pedialite pops with even out your electrolytes. Good luck.
