Why do I jump when I sleep with someone else? but not when I sleep by myself?
Question:
Answers:
this happens to me too.I noticed that when i fall asleep with my boyfriend of 6 years..after we had an argument then i'd jump. But when we just fall asleep and we're not arguing, then i dont jump. I guess it depends on your mood, and if you're nervous or feeling moody
Other Answers:
Do you find it easier to sleep by yourself, or do you have some trauma from when you slept with someone? Or trauma from someone doing something to you in your sleep?
You are probably being humped by someone and not actually jumping.
How on earth would you know what you do in your sleep when you are by yourself? You are asleep.
You probably do the same things, you are just unaware. It is not until someone else is there to observe that you are made aware.
