Do you exercise? Maybe you need to start with some workout routine that is very simple and then push youself a lil bit more from time to time. You also need consistency. No you can work out everyother day and take it a day at a time.
Have you considered sleeping more?

Is it possible you have Mono?
Go for complex carbohydrates. Avoid sugary or starchy foods, like potatoes or bread. Brown rice is better than white, and most (if not all) vegetables are good. Any fruit will help, bananas being particularly good in this respect. Warning - being tired most of the time is a potential symptom of diabetes. See your doctor.
Get a juicer.

3 stocks of celery
2 carrots
handful of spinach
handful of parley
a little beat
a radish
garlic

This will make you feel great. You will really notice when you skip a day or two.
Have a hearty pasta meal.
stay away from soda, refined sugar, and processed food. drink plenty of water, get enough sleep (the average person can function on 6-8 hours of sleep a night), exercise (walking, taking the stairs, etc), and eat a healthy diet. another way is to cleans your body with an all-natural diet, consisting of raw vegetables, 100% fruit juice, and herbs that you can buy at any herb shot.
Try drinking Vitamin B-complex and Adptagen. They are both natural supplements. Doing regular exercise that elevates you heart rate can also be helpful.
how old are you? if u r young, what u need is just excises and balanced diet. if u r middle aged, be careful what u eat, and good mental health is important, if u r old, see your doctor for more details.
Vitamin B works for me. It depends on what the underlying cause of your fatigue is. Perhaps low blood sugar. You should check with a doctor because it could be a serious condition such as diabetes or hyperglycemia.
A mars a day helps you work, rest & play.
You may have a food intolerance, such as wheat this maybe causing your lach of energy. try and eliminate that first then eat plenty of fresh fruit and veg and drink lots of water, you could just be dehydrated, hope this helps.
I suffered from being tired all the time for about two years. Changes in diet didn't work. I was too tired to exercise! Finally, I went to the doctor and was diagnosed as anaemic. A course of iron tablets corrected the problem in about 3 months. So, my advice is go to the doctor, especially if you have other symptoms like difficulty swallowing. Jill
When that happened to me, I found out I was low on Iron. Get Iron pills from Walgreens or whatever pharmacy near you. Also, when you are there, talk to a pharmacist. They are usually so cool there. Tell them your symptoms and they will point you in the right direction. Iron pills helped me though. I used to be so tired and no energy. Come to find out, i was low on Iron. I started taking iron pills and wouldn't ya know it, i wasn't so sleepy. I take them at night before bed. Sometimes, iron pills can make you tired too. Take it at night and you will wake up great!

Have a look at Q10 supplements...they draw more energy out of the food you eat.
