It is probably myopathy (see ref. below).
Unfortunately myopathy is not specific to the cervical spine or neck area.
Multiple myeloma has 2 M's. But again, it is neoplasm or tumor of plasma cells in bone marrow. It can be localized to bone including cervical spine but not limited there. The latter is called plasmacytoma.
That's all I can think of right now.
