there are bandaids that are meant for moist environments...the issue then is that they do not come off when you want, and in fact hurt to remove.
But a bandaid would be your best option...if you have tons of time on hand (no job/school/committments)...cle... the affected area very very well, and just let it air dry for a day or two.
(keep it well cleaned and stay off the affected area--even if it requires hopping around--keep everything away from the site, and clean it with rubbing alcohol every couple hours, keep the site super dry!) this gives it the chance to heal enough so you won't need a bandaid when you put shoes on and stuff...
