Are u a guy? My bf also having same problem! He was thin since he was young and now still the same! Will not grow fat whatever he eats, including a lot of meat(Jealous!).. But i still feel that for guys too thin don't look nice. At least be fit and bigger-sized.

So any guy having any TIPS to share ma??
no special diet, jus eat at least 3 times a day, am not talking snacks or light foods (am not saying that you should eat family sized meals either), jus eat to your fill and eat between meals, preferably selected foods that meet your taste, even snacks in this case.
Take note: don't go eating fatty foods as this could prove dangerous healthwise in the near future.
Don't eat junk food that's garbage. There is an easy and natural way to gain weight. The easiest way is to do weights. Weavy weights with very little reps. One or two sets before meals will increase your appetite dramatically. Don't overdo it though, most people put on fat also, not just muscle when they start weight training. I think that's what you're looking for. Just don't over do it, cuz it's easy to get injured.

heavy weights, 5 - 10 reps max, 1 - 3 sets max, 10 min breaks between sets for recovery VERY IMPORTANT, eat within 40 min, don't do the same exercise two days VERY IMPORTANT.
yeah eating mcd stuff will get you fat but it will also endanger your life. it'll bounce your cholesterol sky high and you'll die of heard disease. try eating more carbs.
You should eat lots of vegetables and twice a day you should drink banana milk shake because banana and milk together will add fat very quickly and you can stop when you want to.
Don't forget to exercise. May be just walking for 1 hour is great.

try a diet based on proteins.you don't need fat, you need muscles.;).try to eat nuts, chicken roasted, fruits (bananas, apples), vegetables.eat a lot.5 meals per day.eat healthy.you can take vitamins too (given by the doctor).
Full fat milk and milk products like cheese.
Have cod liver oil tablets every day.
Peanut butter is a healthy way to gain.
