How can i get back into a healthy sleep schedule?
Question:
Answers:
Alright, it is pretty easy to get back into a sleep schedule. all you really need is discipline.
First off, you need to figure out how ur schedule is, and for most teenagers/adults, the normal sleep time is 8 hours, so if you have to wake up by 6-7 am , perhaps you should aim to sleep at 10-11pm.
Having figured that out, you have to practice what is called medically as "healthy sleep hygiene". This involves using the bed only for sleeping and not other activities like reading, studying etc. Also, try having some music whilst you sleep, and try not to worry too much at that too.
Hope this helps. :D
