I have spider-bite-type rash on my penis. What is it?????

Question: I just noticed this this morning after i woke up. On the underside of my penis in the area between my testicles and my lower penis, there is a rash on it and it has started to slowly swell up during the course of the day. Also there was a tiny black mark in the center of it this morning, but it has turned white...Now, i have had a spider bite on my back before, and i hate to say this looks similar to the spider bite. Does anyone know what it could be? Should i see my doctor? I would appreciate any advise. Thanks...

Well yes you should see you're doctor - especially if it looks like a spider bite like you said, or if it hurts. Does it itch? You might just have some sort of heat rash.
