Twice a day for me. Once in the morning because I sweat like a pig at night, and in the evenings. I don't like going to bed dirty or sticky.

I shower every morning and then take a nice, hot, relaxing bath about 1-2 times per week. I cannot stand the way my skin and hair feel by about 10 am if I do not shower before then!

If I am really sick, though, I might stay in bed and not shower until I feel up to getting out of bed. That's only once or so per couple of years!
