Whats wrong with my elbow? please help?

i have something called CUBITAL syndrome

it there is a nerve in my elbow that is like swollen or something.

a month ago my pinky used to be numb but now gone, but now the nerve in my elbow is getting worse, and i cant stretch it a certain way

i have gotten an MRI and gone to the doctor, they put me on medication and the MRI says im fine

but still why does it hurt when i bend my elbow and stretch it a certain way? i wanna be able to get back to working out again. please help

does the expiry date on polysporin really matter?

There may be a misalignment of the elbow joint which can produce pain when moved in certain ways. Apparently enough to cause an irritation to the nerve from that point down to the fingers. Compression of the nerve due to the increased edema to the area, would intensify the discomfort. Unfortunately, meds won't help reduce a joint problem if is a mal-alignment.

cubital syndrome is a problem with your ulnar nerve, it's the same nerve as when people say they hit their funny bone. It's kind of like carpal tunnel of the elbow. There can be a few different causes, but it's more likely to hurt when your arm is flexed all the way, so maybe you can work out without putting stress on your arm when your elbow is bent all the way. like only do biceps from your arm straight to 90 degrees or so. Maybe that will help??? like they always say...if it hurts, don't do it. So try different things to work out, if it makes it worse, don't do it...
