I have had intestinal yeast overgrowth for the last 5 yrs. I finally found a doc that could help me about 9 months ago. I researched candida for months before I found a doc. I just looked up Yeast Syndrome and I found all kinds of websites.
I had to change my diet...I cant have sugar, flour products, no peanuts, nothing with yeast, no vinegar, no breads....but I can have all veges and all meats and brown rice and anything thats wheat....and all other nuts.
I am taking high potency vitamens, acidophulis, Nizoral (antifungal) iodine water, catsclaw, and other things.
Im alot better, but still struggling with pain and weakness.
There are alot of websites out there, just type in anything to do with Candida or yeast syndrome and youll find alot.
Acidophilus is the best thing you can take along with a natural anti fungal from GNC or any supplement store. You may need a docs help tho....but good luck finding one. Most docs dont believe in it, but it IS real, Im living proof. I was literally dying.
I got it from too many antibiotics and a high sugar diet. Stay away from sugar, yeast feeds off of it. Youll lose weight when you avoid these foods, BUT youll begin to get better if you stay disiplined about it.
