if i wear my soft disposealbe contacts longer than i should, will it further deteriorate my vision?

Question:
i'm not asking whether it'll make my eyes sore.but more of whether the next time i go to the doctor it will make my prescription higher? will i worsen my vision if i:
wear contacts longer than i should
watch tv in the dark/read under inadequate lighting
use the computer for long periods of time

Answers:
In all likelihood you won't damage you eyes by wearing your contacts to long, at the worst you'll just irritate them. Now as for watching TV in the dark, don't worry about it. But Reading in inadequate light can strain your eyes. As for using the computer, all you have to do to prevent any possible damage (not a big risk, but better safe than sorry) is to take a break every once and a while and stare out your window and focus on points of varying distances for a few minutes to make sure you don't become near sighted. I know it sounds weird, but it does prevent damage.
