what happens now that i got an ingrown toenail removed, but the part that gre back is ingrown again?
Question:
Answers:
You might have to have the whole toenail removed. I've had to have that done with both of my 'big' toenails. It's not too bad.I can still paint it with fingernail polish and nobody even notices I don't have one! (can't remember if you're a guy or girl.so painting your nails might not be an issue.). It is a bit sore for a couple of days if you have it removed, and you have to keep it clean & wrapped and make sure you apply whatever topical medicine the doctor tells you to. (My grandkids & kids call them my "bald-headed toes.")
Other Answers:
Go back to the doctor; they might remove more.
You have to go back to the foot doctor . the nail should be cut a certain way, you might be able to save it.
