i just got back from a cruise today and feel like im still on the boat what can i do to feel better?

well when i came of the boat.i just slepp for a awhile and didnt walk around a lot.you might get really dizzy.so just sit back and relax..it will go away in no time

Have you ever got on an elevator and felt like you were still on it after you got off it? What controlls our balance is a membrane in your ear. If you were on a cruise, the tempanic sac, hold a certain amount of fluid, so you can walk normal while the boat is out to sea. Now you have to wait for the membrane to figure out you are on land. It wont take long. A day or 2 most people only notice it for a short time after. Their are diseases that can make you feel like that whether or not you have ever been on a boad, cruise or whatnot. So if its not better in 2 to 3 days, consult your doctor right away. They should squeeze you in so they can refer you to a

This may take some time to get over, but you can buy some Dramamine at the drug store or other store and it should help. Any other motion sickeness medication could help too, but just may take some time to get rid of your sea legs.
