i fell and head my head what do i do?

Question: i was in the wood walking on this log it was about 4 feet off the ground and i fell and hit my head on a rock and i also landed on my arm so my arm really hurts and i have been taking pain killers called Excedrin.. and ever sense i have been blacking out doing the day and i'll fall over and hurt my self more what should i do?????

Answers:
If it happened on sunday if you were going to have any major problems they occur within 48 hours but concussion lasts about 1 week i wouldnt worry just rest up. Good luck.
