back surgery? should i do it?

Question: i have 5 cracked vert......in my lower back and 2 sliped disces in my lower neck.......anybody else has or had this problem before ? help me out please

With the new modern technology today that back of yours will be just fine you really need that surgery or you will end up paralyzed and in a wheel chair the rest of your life..
