what do you call the condition where you can see the white of a person's eye below the iris(colored part)?


Question:
I've heard it called sampacu (probably spelled wrong) but I can't find out what if means if a person has this. I know there's a medical name for it.

Usually they are passed out, or dead!

When the iris, or colored part of the eye pops up into some ones head, on top.

They are completely relaxed because they are unconcious.
