Head injuries?
Question:
Answers:
you tried to get back into the game to early....
when the brain suffers a traumatic injury-like the one you sustained-it can take weeks, months or even years for it to fully heal. you should not play again until you've gone back to the doctor and see what he recommends.
you did not suffer another concussion-these only occur when blunt force trauma (hitting your head against something) is involved.
for now-just focus on getting your rest and do exactly what your doctor tells you to. by getting involved in strenous activity before your head has had a chance to heal could result in you further injuring it, having worse side effects, and you taking even longer to heal
good luck and hope you feel better
I doubt it was another concussion. You do probably still have effects from the first one. In addition, if you were dehydrated (always a possiblity when playing sports), that could contribute to your headache.
Good luck.
