Really Scared????
I have to do blood test and needle (vaccine) I'm Still scared. What do I do. I want tips not mean stuff. I mean I wans't even afraid at 17, but I know more about risks........................

Don't worry.. yeah it will hurt for a second or two but you'll be fine... there isn't really risk on giving your blood if it's for a test they won't take too much.. when you get the shot just relax if you tense up it will hurt more...
so relax and think of something that excites you mentally... day dream about your favore lover... or fantizy see it with your eyes close don't worry about anything else!
Relax count slowly to ten... 1...

just do that when your in the exam room shut your eyes and remember your goals or your fanitsy!!!
