Who is it i can report to in the government that someone is duplicate scripting with many pharmacie 4 oxycotin

Question:
my ex husband has many doctors all witing perscriptions for oxycotin and percocet not knowing that the other doctors are writing them too. he then fills them all at different pharmacies some with cash some with medical assistance. i know that the government does keep record of narcotics and i know this is illegal. who can i tell so that this is investigated ?

Answers:
It is up to the doctor or pharmacist to report him. When you enter a prescription in the computer especially a narcotic, it will not let any pharmacy fill it if it has been filled already, unless it is 'due' to be filled. When you enter a prescription for something that has been filled like oxycontin that same day, it will reject saying 'refill too soon' and it will give the date of the last fill, but it will not show what location. No matter how many Doctors he goes to, they can only fill a controlled drug in a specified time. If a pharmacist is given a script of a controlled substance, that was just filled he needs to hold that prescription.
D.E.A. he needs help.
the police department.
Trust me. The FBI is not only watching him, they are investigating the doctors, too. Anyone who gets/writes scripts for Oxycontin is being watched.

They will want to know how YOU know all this information about your EX husband. Do you really want to get involved with this?

Stay out of it.
Local police. Or the DEA.
tell the Pharmacist and the local police department now.
If you know the pharmacy's and doctors he's going to inform them or call your local police department they will know what you should do.
