Get insurance quick! Try getting a quote online. I am paying less than half of what I was paying before after I got a quote online. I was able to compare the different prices/coverages to get the best deal.

Keep it dry on the outside by using a swab dipped in alcohol.
To releave pressure on the inside, take some sinus medicine. Follow the directions, and it should go away within a week or so.
Try 2 drops of Olive Oil.
We always used Hydrogen Peroxide in the ear, let it fizz up for a while and then rinsed it out with alcohol (isopropyl). It got better in a few days and didn't hurt.
Act like your clearing your throat but grunt a little while doing it. That always helps with itchy internal ears. It's worth a try. It could at least relieve it.
