Yes. The problem is called a deviated septum and they don't use a drill, they use a laser to correct the blockage. The down side is you will smell the healing wound because it is inside your nose. It is unpleasant but worth the outcome in that you will be able to breathe!!

my right nostril is blocked to.the middle of my nose got moved over when i got kicked in the face playing soccer.i would suggetst going to a nose doctor if you havent already they told me they wouldnt do surgery on me just yet unless it becomes a serious problem because it is a very serious surgery its up to you if its a big problem and u cant breathe i would recommend it Talk to a doctor.
