Can Allergies be the cause of swelling of one sinus, facial numbness and blood from one ear?

Question:

I can see I may be in for a lot of $$$tests$$$ I saw an ENT yesterday and she took a picture of my sinuses. The side that has the facial numbness & occassional ear bleed (with q-tip) was concluded as swollen but not infected and no tumor. I feel I still dont have any answers. An expensive blood test was performed & I am to return 8/10 for the results. In the meantime I am very uncomfortable. She also wants to give me a hearing test. Now I am wondering if I have a tumor in my brain would that show on the sinus picture? In the meantime, any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
