What will eye drops really do if ingested?
In the movie Wedding Crashers the eye drops make the guy sick, but I saw a Law and Order I think SVU where they killed a lady..so I am confused. I think they just killed the lady because they do something to blood vessels and she had issues or was just old. I don't know, hopefully one of you does.

This only applies to medicated drops, like Visine. Saline drops are not dangerous. A drop or two would probably not be dangerous, but a bottle's worth could be.

I suppose it depends on what kind of eye-drop we are talking about. The normal saline solution type, that are in an isotonic state (basically are just salted water) shouldn't harm you. However, drops like Visine contain a chemical called tetrahydrozoline which can be fatal if you ingest enough of it (and if you only ingest a little, it will make you sick). I've heard that Visine acts as a laxative. But, I've never tried it. Putting black pepper in someone's pipe is bad, It almost killed this one freak I used to know.Visine can hurt you but not too many others. Just don't eat them.
