Any medical professionals out there??
Question:
Answers:
I'm a doctor, but not an orthopedist. You should probably see an orthopedic specialist. You could have any number of problems, from a strain/sprain to arthritis to torn ligaments. Many knee problems can be treated with medication, special exercises or a brace, but some require injections or surgery.
You need to have a good exam by a doc to know for sure. A week is long enough for a mild injury to start feeling better.
Good luck.

eat some vicodin that should do the trick till you get to a real doc
Is there any swelling? Have you tried an anti-inflammatory? Maybe aleve or something. Keep it elevated and rest it. use heat on it. If it is not better in another week. Go to a doc. Continue to put heat on it and try some Aleve. It's an anti-inflammatory/pain reliever, otc. If it doesn't get better, see a dr.
PLEASE GO TO PHYSIOTHERAPIST TILL THEN YOU APPLY
DOLOPAR GEL.
