Question:
Answers:
Yes, especially if you eat when you wake up at night. I have also been diagnosed with sleep apnea, get tested for it as soon as possible. The treatments work.
Other Answers:
yes it has been medically linked. google it.
I have heard that. If you truly believe you have sleep apnea, then you need to consult your DR. That can be serious.
nope it cant it's scientifically proven that u gain more weight when u are sleeping and inactive ....not performing exercise and stuff
I THINK SO
Yes it can. By getting enough sleep, you reduce the presence of a hormone called cortisol, which causes weight gain.
Poor sleep. No sleep. Irritable bowel syndrome. You name it..if it puts you off your feed or time schedule..it can cause weight gain...paranoia...anything under the sun.
Yes. I believe it is because your body doesnt have the proper energy that it needs. You eat to get energy.
yes sounds like you do, go see a doc about your options., First thing they are going to tell you is to lose weight, b/c it will help the sleep aponea "go away". My dad has been diagnosed with it. The doc has told him to lose weight. I saw it on E channel too, some star had it, she lost weight and she doesn't have problems anymore. Another reason to go see your doc is that your brain is being deprived from oxygen, which is essential for brain function. Some docs might prescribe a mask, to help you breathe at night.
I think if you use google scholar and google little sleep and weight gain, you might find a few journal articles correlating the two factors.
Good Luck!
