insect bite?
Question:
Answers:
if it is not numb anywhere else but right where the area is, it could very well be just a hive. You know what that is, a sensitivity to something that has touched your skin. I get hives anywhere on my skin after I pet a dog. (I am allergic) . if it is a bite, look for puncture wounds in the mirror. if it has one tiny hole, it could have been a mosquito, if there is two, it may have been a spider. If it has no holes, you could have been stung by a bee or red ant. nonetheless, a simple mixture of baking soda, and regular water, with a dab of this paste it will draw out any venom if there is any, or if no luck, ( maybe its a zit) put visine on it. sounds odd, but it shrinks the blood vessels and removes the redness.

It could be a bite, how long have you had it for? You could put on a dab of calamine lotion. It has a soothing cool effect. Alcohol, and then some antibiotic cream.
