If a Doctor Keeps You Waiting for your appointment.?

Question:
do think you should be able to deduct some money off his bill for time you wasted waiting for him? What would your time be worth and how would you determine what/how much to deduct?

Answers:
If I am not seen within 15 minutes of my appointment, and the doctor didn't have an emergency-I leave and inform the front desk I will not pay for that days appointment. My time is valuable too!

Other Answers:
I will deduct 10times what he is charging me to see him

if your dr. is the type of person that will take the time to answer those extra questions, listen to those concerns, educate you about your health and future. in other words care about you and not just the clock.i wouldn't worry too much about the money end of your office visit. show the same respect and have confidence that if you need that time one day it will be there for you.
